A bit about Ange

From a background of advertising, brand strategy and communications, and psychology, Ange has more than two decades’ experience in market research, strategy and communications.

From conceiving and conducting depth interviews, workshops, and discussion / focus groups, she knows how to design and have conversations with people (including on sensitive topics) that get to the core of what they feel, think and do, and find out what you don’t already know.

Exploring or building a new market? She can help you find the right people to talk to. Developing creative ideas? She can help find the insight that speeds it along.

She’s a member of The Research Society and works in accordance with industry regulations and best practice (there’s some technical stuff you have to do legally / properly!)  

As a Customer Insight Specialist, Ange combines her extensive experience in psychology, advertising and market research to help businesses of any size to ground what they do in great customer insight.

She has seen first hand how rich, well-informed customer knowledge, derived from rich data and conversations can be rocket fuel for growth.

She's also witnessed how uncertainty and lack of shared conviction around who businesses are selling to and why can keep decisions and potential solutions going around in circles. She knows the importance of key findings, well communicated.

She has a BScPsych (Hons) and is a qualified and experienced qualitative market researcher and a member of The Research Society, working in accordance with industry regulations and best practice (there’s some technical stuff you have to do legally / properly!)
